    The queue has drained and SMS delivery times are back to normal. All delayed messages were eventually delivered; none were dropped.

    One of our SMS aggregators is applying throttling during a national peak period. We are shifting traffic to a secondary route.

    Transaction alert SMS messages are being delivered with a delay of up to 20 minutes. Payments themselves are unaffected.
